Terms and Conditions for using Village Windmill Bakery Restaurant Delivery Application
Acceptance of Terms:
By downloading, accessing, or using the restaurant delivery application (“Village Windmill Bakery”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Payment:
Payment for orders placed through the App shall be made using the payment method selected during the checkout process. You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information.
By providing your payment information, you authorize the restaurant to charge the total amount due to your chosen payment method.
Delivery:
Delivery times provided through the App are estimates only and may vary depending on various factors, including traffic, weather conditions, and order volume.
The restaurant shall not be liable for any delays in delivery, nor for any loss or damage that may occur to orders during transit.
Quality Assurance:
While the restaurant endeavors to ensure the quality and freshness of all food items, you understand that factors beyond the restaurant’s control may impact the quality of delivered items.
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your order, please contact customer support for assistance. Refunds or replacements may be provided at the restaurant’s discretion.
Intellectual Property:
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the App are the property of their respective owners. You agree not to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any such content without the express written consent of the owner.
